-Weather postponements: Shorter softball delayed: The threat of inclement weather on Tuesday has resulted in the postponement of Shorter College's scheduled softball double-header against Tennessee Wesleyan College at the Alto Park Softball Complex> Details

-Today: 100% chance of rain, snow. Occasional snow before 1 p.m., then occasional rain. High near 38. Gusts as high as 20 mph. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
-Tonight: 30% chance of snow before 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31. Gusts as high as 15 mph. Snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Bartowlife.com says goodbye: The five-year-old Web site has a 'We Are Closed' post-em note on it today with a short message announcing the site has closed.
