Two Bartow Co. Residents Arrested for Burglary

(Media Release) Two Bartow County residents were arrested in connection with a residential Burglary and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
 

According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, Jamey Paul Inman, age 34 of 153 Roving Hills Drive Cartersville, and  Anthony Marion Wade, age 19 of 426 Highway 61 Cartersville were involved in a Burglary at 426 Highway 61 of an outbuilding that does not belong  to the accused.

 

A Cartersville resident reported several firearms stolen between November 01 and November 06, 2010. The firearms were valued at $1,020.00. One of the firearms was recovered at Cartersville Pawn and Shop on November 08, 2010. The firearm was sold to the pawn shop by Mr. Inman.

 

Upon further investigation it was determined that Anthony Wade had entered the building without permission and had taken several of the firearms and dispersed them for sale. 

 

Jamey Inman was already being held in the Bartow County Jail for unrelated charges and warrants were taken on November 10, 2010 for one count of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and one count of Theft by Deception.

 

Anthony Wade was arrested on November 11, 2010 and charged with one count of Residential Burglary and one count of Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

 

Inman is currently being held in the Bartow County Jail pending a $17,450.00 bond. Wade is currently being held in the Bartow County Jail pending a $12,500.00 bond.
