Flood watch set as region braces for 2-3 inches of rain. Bank of the Ozarks to sell or lease Plantation; will not reopen it after all.

 

Flood watch: The weather service has placed Northwest Georgia under a flood watch from Wednesday morning until Thursday afternoon.

-Wednesday: 100% chance of thunderstorms, high of 58.
