Two local residents arrested for robbery of restaurant delivery driver

According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, on January 30, 2013 at around 9:30PM, Salvador Estrada was making a delivery for his employer, City Wings (of Cartersville) in the area of Franklin Drive off Cassville Road. Estrada made contact at a vacant house after being flagged down by a female. While speaking with the female, Estrada was struck in the neck and head with a hard object multiple times. Unknown persons took his car, wallet, cash, and other items.

On Thursday February 7, 2013, after the owner spotted the vehicle traveling on Burnt Hickory Road, officers and deputies responded and arrested Danielle Lefevbre and Bobby Wehunt. Investigators were able to later determine that the pair were involved in the original incident. Both have been charged with Armed Robbery and Aggravated Battery and are awaiting bond in Bartow County Superior Court. Mr. Estrada is still recovering from his injuries at home. More arrests and charges are possible as investigation continues into the incident.
