Today's threat: Severe weather is expected, especially between 2 p.m. and 1 a.m. Tuesday.

-As of this morning, no watches or warnings had been posted for our area. Updates all day on Hometown.

-Monday: 90% chance of storms, high of 70, low of 46.

-Tuesday: Slight chance of rain, high of 63, low of 36.

-Wednesday: High of 61, low of 36.

-Local Boy Scout's research project earns national recognition: Travis Miller, at age 15, is hoping to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. So he decided to do a research project surveying nearly 900 one-time Eagle Scouts about what that prestigious rank meant to their lives. Miller's work earned national review and accolades.
