-Scattered power outages: Both Georgia Power and North Georgia EMC report some scattered outages as of this morning.
-By the numbers: More than two inches of rain in some parts of Floyd County; an inch in Bartow County. Top gusts: 35 mph.
-Wind damage: One store hit hard on Second Avenue; trees down in other areas.
