LakePoint to be home to an Atlanta Braves Clubhouse Store

Media Release- The Atlanta Braves Clubhouse store is coming to LakePoint
Sporting Community. The Atlanta Braves owned and operated retail center at LakePoint will
house some of the best in Braves merchandise, such as jerseys, caps, jackets and novelties.

"We have three very popular teams in Georgia," said Mike Plant, Atlanta Braves Executive Vice
President of Business Operations. "The Atlanta Braves, Gwinnett Braves and Rome Braves are
all in the area and we thought an Atlanta Braves Clubhouse store at LakePoint would be a
natural fit for all our fans. LakePoint will not only be a venue where Braves fans will be, but
families from throughout the country will come to play, stay and look for entertainment options
for their families like attending a Braves game."

A unique aspect of the Atlanta Braves Clubhouse store at LakePoint is its ability to sell tickets to
Rome Braves, Gwinnett Braves and Atlanta Braves home games. The store concept and value added benefits are yet to be developed. The store will be located in the Sports Retail Village of
LakePoint.

"We are honored to have a five-year agreement with the Atlanta Braves to have one of their
Clubhouse Stores at LakePoint," said Judy Sparks, LakePoint Sporting Community Partner and
Spokesperson. "Having Bobby Cox and current Braves manager Fredi González, as LakePoint
Development partners, we were very excited to be able to bring an Atlanta Braves store to
LakePoint."

LakePoint continues to add to their list of the world's most recognized brands. Last year,
LakePoint announced a partnership with The Coca-Cola Company, who will build its first
POWERADE Sports Safety and Hydration Lab at LakePoint. Additionally, Bass Pro Shops,
America's most popular outdoor store, will open a 104,000 square foot Bass Pro Shops
Outpost® store at LakePoint.
