Key East Rome tracts near 'Hotel Highway' up for auction: Keep watching the Dempsey Auction Web site for details about the May auction of around 36 acres adjacent to and behind the Country Inn & Suites/Holiday Inn Express complex just off U.S. 411 east of Chulio Road. The surrounding area has been hot with three new hotels (LaQuinta, Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn Express.
