Zumba craze has Northwest Georgia all sweaty
-A fast-paced aerobics workout performed to the beat of Latin music and inspired by Latin dances, Zumba is filing exercise classes at the YMCA and Pro Performance as well as other venues. -That's Yensen Lambert, right, a native of the Dominican Republic, teaching a class at Pro Performance. She says the high-calorie burn rate of a hour-long class is a major appeal to the local fitness crowd.
