-The November jobless rate was good news for Bartow, Gordon and Polk counties as the percentage of people out of work dropped compared to the same month in 2009. -The unemployment rate climbed in Floyd and Chattooga counties as well as the state.
-What's a concern: The first column in the above grid shows the number of people working in each county last month. The numbers in red indicate there were fewer people working there in November 2010 vs. November 2009.
