Nearly an inch of rain so far; gusts to 40 mph possible

-What's ahead: We're in for an ugly day after a soggy night. Nearly an inch of rain has fallen since 11 p.m. Monday and now a wind advisory kicks in with sustained winds as high as 25 mph and gusts approaching 40 mph

-So far today, we've seen gusts of 31 mph at the airport.

-Tuesday: 100% rain chance, high of 59, low of 35.

-Wednesday: Mostly sunny, high of 57, low of 35.

-Thursday: Partly sunny, high of 47, low of 32.
