-Mayor: Matt Santini was unopposed in his bid for a second term.

-City Council, Ward 1: Kari Hodge wins, 115-43 over William Murphy.

-City Council, Ward 3: Incumbent L. Tonsmeire edges Hoyt Hatfield, 280-266.

-City Council, Ward 5: Incumbent Diane Tate wins, 199-113 over Tom Hall.

-School Board, Ward 1: Michael Dean was unopposed.

-School Board, Ward 2: Incumbent Ken Topham wins 199-61 over Floyd Braid.

-School Board, Ward 5: David Apple defeats incumbent Rodney Abernathy, 168-138.

-School Board, Ward 6: Incumbent Kelley Dial wins 99 to 18 vs. Dennis Baker.

Adairsville

-City Council Post 3: Connie Morrow defeats incumbent Carla Fowler, 194-149.

-City Council Post 4: Incumbent Buddy Bagley defeats Jeremy Schwanbeck 198-134.

Euharlee

-Mayor: Incumbent Kathy Foulk defeats Michael Miller, 219-140.

-City Council: Sammy Carden, 214; Joseph Turner (I), 201; Rick Braselton (I), 131; and Lance Jacobs, 117.

Kingston

-Mayor: Dexter Jones defeats G.B. Hood 138-43.

-City Council Post 1: Louise Howell was unopposed.

-City Council Post 2: Billy Sanders defeats Harold Posey 94-84.

-City Council Post 4: Ed Miklas was unopposed.

White

-Mayor: Incumbent Chris Allen defeats Andy Heath, 94-75.

-City Council: Dennis Huskins (I), 112; David Richards (I), 80; Charles Buttrum, 55; Tim Nichelson, 40; Marilyn Sellers, 45.

-Adairsville man, two others indicted on federal security fraud counts: Rufus Paul Harris, 41, of Adairsville, and two other men made their first appearance before a U.S. magistrate judge Tuesday on federal charges of securities fraud and conspiracy in connection with a scheme to defraud investors of the publicly traded entity known as Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp.  Also indicted were Darryl Horton, 48, of Okemos, Mich., and Benjamin Stanley, 47, of Kennesaw, authorities said.
