Bartow's jobless rate falls to 10.3% in November. Record high for first day of winter? Latest jail reports

Bartow's  jobless rate falls to 10.3% in November.
-Polk's unemployment rate was the first to fall into the single digits.
-Rome's jobless rate dropped seven-tenths of a percentage point from 11.1 percent in October to 10.4 percent. In November 2010, the jobless rate was 10.7 percent.
