The Bartow County Sheriff's Office has made a second arrest in connection with the Michael Allen McIntyre death.
According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, investigators arrested Phillip Jared Martin, 33, of Kingston this morning in connection with the case. Michael McIntyre had been reported missing by his family on May 24, 2013 and his body was discovered on May 30, 2013. During the investigation, it was discovered that Phillip Martin had helped Jason Daniel Poston, 30, (arrested on June 7, 2013) in hiding and disposing of the body.
Phillip Martin was arrested and booked into jail this morning on charges of Concealing the Death of Another Person and Abandonment of a Dead Body. He is being held without bond at this time.
