WINTER STORM WATCH: 6 P.M. FRIDAY-1 P.M. SATURDAY

-Rome/Floyd: Accumulation of an inch of sleet forecast tonight.

-Summerville/Chattooga: 2-4 inches of snow, sleet through tonight.

-Calhoun/Gordon Co. 1-3 inches of snow, sleet through tonight.

-Bartow, Polk counties: Little to no accumulation expected.

-This afternoon: Occasional rain. High near 38. East wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
-Tonight: Occasional rain before 4am, then rain and sleet. Low around 34. East wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New sleet accumulation of around an inch possible.
-Saturday: A chance of rain and sleet before 1pm, then a slight chance of rain and snow. Cloudy, with a high near 39. Northeast wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
-Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 26.
-Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 47. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph.
