Scana Energy moving into DLS Financial Building at 901 N. Broad St. According to Simone McKinney, Scana Public Relations, the Rome office at 2543 Redmond Circle will be moving into the new space in the near future. Leasing agent Jimmy Byars with Hardy Realty says Scana will occupy 1,200 square feet, bringing the total building occupancy up to 75 percent. There is 9,000 square feet still vacant. No date has been set on the Scana move. McKinney says customers will not see any disruptions and should still call 1-877-GO-SCANA for customer service.
