The Cartersville Downtown Development Authority is working to develop the city's first master plan for the business district. 

 

-The former Best Western Countryside Inn in Adairsville is being rebranded to Manguson Hotel Countryside by Magnuson Hotels. 

 

-With the local real estate market on the upswing, there is now an increasing interest in real estate careers.
