- Winter is back with a low of 25 so far today ( as of 5 a.m.) and a 19-degree wind chill out there. We'll see sunny skies and a high of 45 today and then down to 20 tonight. Weekend outlook: Much better. Sunny skies, highs between 61 and 71. Rain returns Sunday night.

-The Darlington Lady Tigers defeated Calvary Day School 57-38 Wednesday afternoon to earn a spot in the Class A Final Four.

 

-Coosa takes on Calhoun High in the Elite 8 round of the state AA tournament tonight at 7 in Calhoun. Tickets are $7.
