-A chilly start to our day with a morning low (as of 5 a.m.) of 28 degrees, two degrees shy of Rome's record low of 26 set on March 26, 1940. In Cartersville, the record is 24 degrees set in 2008. We'll warm up to the low 50s. Sunny skies for now.
