-Wind advisory begins at 2 this afternoon, freeze watch at 1 a.m. Another ugly day alert with an 80% chance of rain follow by gusts up to 30 mph today, then 35 mph tonight. Temperatures will drop from a high of 65 to 31 degrees overnight so with all that wind, expect wind chills into the 20s or upper teens.
