-Feb. 14-15: CSX closing Sugar Valley Road near Cassville Road to work on railroad crossing from Monday, Feb. 14 at 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15. Sugar Valley Road will be closed to thru traffic between SR 293/Cassville Road and Mayflower Street  The recommended alternate route will be Mayflower Street to Goodyear Avenue and vice-versa.

-Feb. 17:  State Sen. Barry Loudermilk (R- Cassville) will host a Town Hall meeting. 6-7:15 p.m., Beaver's Drive Senior Center, Cartersville.
