Century Bank of Georgia introduces mobile banking features

Media release: Century Bank of Georgia is pleased to announce the addition of mobile banking to their line of products and services. This service will allow customers free, secure, real time access to their deposit and loan accounts including checking, savings, money market and certificate of deposit accounts. Whether checking account balances, paying bills or transferring funds, the service offers a simple, secure, user friendly system which allows the customer convenient access to their money wherever they are, twenty-four hours a day.

The mobile banking service is available to any customer with a smart phone and can also be accessed by going to the bank website, CenturyBanknet.com or scanning the Century Bank QR Code (attached).  Android phone users can search the application store on their phone and simply download the 'app'. "The 'app' for iPhones has been applied for and we are eagerly awaiting approval from Apple", said Rachel Harris, Assistant-Vice President for Operations and project manager for Century Bank Mobile Banking.

"The addition of mobile banking is another product we can offer our customers to stay abreast of the technological advances in the banking industry. At the same time we remain a community bank and treat our customers as individuals and know them by name. It is the best of both worlds to offer so many services but yet still retain personalized service. We are constantly striving to offer more products and services for our customers, said David Caswell, President and COO, Century Bank of Georgia.

The addition of mobile banking is being promoted through  a marketing plan in all three Century Bank locations, including banners, billboards, advertisements and long sleeve T-shirts to the first 100 customers who sign up for the service.
