Our kind of course -- BBQ 101: New from Georgia Northwestern Technical College is BBQ 101. The one-morning course is from 9 a.m. until noon at the college's Walker County campus. It is a hands on class taught by a champion cook. Fee: $60 per person. It includes a cook book plus breakfast and lunch. Call 706-764-3510.
