Cartersville Medical's parent, HCA, posts $234 million in quarterly earnings

logo -HCA Inc., the Nashville-based parent company of Cartersville Medical Center, Redmond Regional Medical Center and Polk Medical Center, posted third-quarter earnings of $243 million, up 24.3 percent from the same period in 2009.
