 -2011: A $70 million boom year for healthcare. Harbin Clinic's cancer center, The Specialty Hospital, Redmond Regional's expansion and renovations together mean a huge year in Northwest Georgia's healthcare. Natalie Simms reports.

-Darlington, Pepperell, Rome, Calhoun, Cartersville, Rockmart and Trion all enter postseason play this week with hopes of reaching the Georgia Dome Dec. 10 and 11 for state championship games in Georgia's five classifications. John predicts only two of the seven teams will advance to round two.

-Nov. 12: The Attention Deficit Players Improv Troupe will be performing at the City Loft on at 7:30. Admission is $5 and proceeds go to The Pumphouse Players
-Nov. 13: The Coosa River Basin Initiative, in conjunction with Keep Bartow Beautiful's CelEARTHbration event, will hold a free rain barrel workshop from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Clarence Brown Conference Center.
